We have far too many wings, the general plan is to merge wings into 3-4 large wings to enable us to grow into a strong aliance and work together towards the end game. Team work is important and this cannot be done with so many wings as it weakens defence. Please can all wing leaders contact me via the high council with their sugesstions.

I agree we have too many wings Honey,
From past experience on playing on different servers lots of wings tend not to work.
what we need to do is only have 3 wings at max 4.
my personal oppinion we should have the following
Templr NE Templr NW Templr SE Templr SW
if this was to happen it would be easier to defend players with in one alliance and would be easier for each alliance to control there area.
if we have any chance of winning this server this is what we need to do
The majority of my players have came over with me from server 4 which i led a top alliance on there so i know they are all good.
if new wings are formed or merged i would want to keep my players (as most are in NE with me) i would also want to lead the alliance (wing).

Yay the alliance is waking up, at present we will keep 4 wings and see how it goes, Templr C and F will be merged as soon as possible.

i have a few spaces left well about 6.
really my alliance need to be in top 20 atleast the aim is to be in top 10 obviously.
i have another idea. why dont we make a templrs training accadamy for those with low pops?

Can I just ask, in one wing there are people with 20-30 pop, are they people the leaders know or just randoms, because if a complete noob like me can be 250+ pop I don't understand why they're in it.
